Healthy sandwich with egg salad




Hi guys!

Almost time for the holidays so I'll give an easy snack to make. You can use it as a starter for Christmas for example. Or if you're super tired after all these holidays, this one is so easy to make and soooo good!





Ingredients:
  • 4 eggs
  • 6 sandwiches
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Pepper and salt
  • Arugula
  • Cress

Preparation:
Start with boiling the eggs. After that peel them and cut them in pieces. Add some lemon juice, pepper and salt.

Put arugula in the sandwiches, add the eggsalad you just made and finish with cress.
Et voilà!
