Homemade cruesli with chocolate

Hi guys, I am going to show you a delicious recipe today. It’s a homemade cruesli with chocolate, great to eat with your yogurt. I hope you like it.


  • hazelnuts 50 g
  • oat flakes 250 g
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 6 tablespoons of water
  • fondant chocolate (70% cocoa, in pieces) 50 g
  • hazelnut powder 100 g

Preheat the oven to 160 ° C. Put the oat flakes in a bowl and add the nut flour and the rest of the nuts. Melt the coconut fat and mix this together with the honey and 6 tablespoons of water through the mixture.

Pour the mixture onto a baking tray and bake it in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Stir carefully and continue until the cruesli is nicely browned. Allow to cool and add the chocolate.

You can always add fruit, I also do :)
