Toast with salmon and avocado spread




Sunday mornings are the best. And to make it even better, why don’t treat yourself on a healthy breakfast? Today I made one with salmon and avocado and it’s just delicious and so fresh. Just 15 minutes and it’s ready!
Ingredients:
·        ½ avocado

·        60gr cream cheese

·        1 tablespoon of lemon juice

·        6gr of chives

·        Pepper and salt

·        Salmon

·        Cucumber

·        Toasted bread

·        Cress



Preparation:

Mix in a bowl the cream cheese with lemon juice. Add the avocado and mix it to a spread. To add more taste, simply add some salt and pepper together with chives.



In the meanwhile you can cut the cucumber and roll it.



Take the toasted bread and divide the spread over it. Put the salmon on it and add the cucumber. Finish it with cress.



And there you have your delicious and healthy breakfast!
